  10. It's 2 tbsp of oil.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  12. It's 1/2 of carrom seeds.
  13. You need 1/4 tsp of asafoetida.
  14. It's 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  15. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  16. It's 1 1/2 glass of water.
  17. Prepare of Ready handmade Gathiya.
  18. You need 2 tsp of gram flour (besan) (for gravy).
  19. You need 2 tbsp of curd / 2 tbsp lemon juice.
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar.

  1. For Gathiya:. Take a kneading plate add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, hand crush carrom seeds..

  7. When gathiya start floating close the cooker and get 2-3 whistle. So the Gathiya will get cooked properly. Off the flame and let cooker get cool. Open the cooker and put it on Medium flame again..
  8. In small bowl take gram flour and curd/ lemon juice. Mix it well. Add water and make batter. Pour this batter in the boiling Gathiya. Mix it well and let gram flour get cooked and gravy become thick..
  9. Now add sugar and salt to adjust the taste if required. Mix it well. The sabji is ready. Served with roti, rice. And enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
