- Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Usal Masala.
- Prepare 1 ltr of water.

- Take a pan / a kadhai add millet flour. Dry roast it. Till light golden..
- Now add red gravy with oil. Mix it well without lumps. Add half water..
- Now add Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, salt, Usal masala. Mix it well and let boil for 5 mins..
- Now add remaining water and incorporate all masalas and flour. Boil properly..
- The Tari should not thick nor running..
- Serve this Tari with Sev Usal, Pav, garlic red Chutney.
