Bahan Membuat Methi khichdi

  1. Prepare of &1/2 cup soaked rice.
  2. It's of and 2 tbsps soaked arhar daal.
  3. Prepare of oil.

Langkah Memasak Methi khichdi

  1. First drain the water from rice and dal..
  2. Heat up a pressure cooker with oil add all the whole spices and methi saute it then add green and onion fry for few seconds then add potato and fry it..
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste fry for few seconds then add turmeric powder and salt mix it..
  4. Add the drained rice and dal mix it and cook it for a minute on high heat..
  5. Now add water and coriander leaves mix it, cover the lid and pressure cook on high flame for one whistle then 10-12 minutes on medium to low flame..
  6. After 15 minutes open the lid mix it..
  7. Our delicious healthy methi khichdi is ready. Serve with chutney or achar/ pickle..
