Bahan Membuat Sahi veg khichdi

  1. You need of green mung split dal plus rice.
  2. Prepare of onion.
  3. It's of chilli garlic ginger paste.
  4. It's of ghee.
  5. You need of cooking oil.
  6. Prepare of asafodeia.
  7. Prepare of curry leaves.
  8. Prepare of sahi jeera.
  9. Prepare of kasuri methi.
  10. It's of chopped vegetables.
  11. Prepare of (Potato,cabbage,cauliflower,carrot,brinjal,capsicum).
  12. Prepare of green peas.
  13. You need of kashmiri chilli powder.
  14. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  15. You need of turmeric powder.
  16. It's of coriander powder.
  17. It's of garam masala.
  18. It's of Coriander to garnish.
  19. You need of chopped medium sized tomato.

Langkah Memasak Sahi veg khichdi

  1. First of all, take khichdi mixture ie rice and green moong split dal(with skin) wash it properly and keep aside..
  2. Now in pressure cooker heat some ghee and some oil and then put shahi jeera asafoetida curry leaves and saute onion with chilli ginger garlic paste and then add tomatoes till tender. Add all chopped vegetables and masalas..
  3. Add 2 cups water and close lid make 2-3 whistles khichdi is ready garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with curd or raita..
