Bahan Membuat Kadadhanya usal
- It's 1 cups of kadadhanya (of your choice).
- Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 of onion chopped.
- You need 1 of tomato chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of chopped Coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of mustard cumin seeds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of hing.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of jaggery.
- You need to taste of Salt.
Langkah Memasak Kadadhanya usal
- Soak kadadhanya overnight or 6-8 hours minimum..
- In a pressure cooker take oil add mustard and cumin and let it crackle..
- Add hing, turmeric, onion, tomato and saute..
- Add red chilli powder and kaddhanya salt, jaggery, coriander leaves and mix well and add 3-4 cups of water..
- Pressure cook for 1 whistle..
- Serve hot..
