  1. It's 1 cups of kadadhanya (of your choice).
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  3. Prepare 1 of onion chopped.
  4. You need 1 of tomato chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 tbspn of chopped Coriander leaves.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of mustard cumin seeds.
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of hing.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of jaggery.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.

Langkah Memasak Kadadhanya usal

  1. Soak kadadhanya overnight or 6-8 hours minimum..
  2. In a pressure cooker take oil add mustard and cumin and let it crackle..
  3. Add hing, turmeric, onion, tomato and saute..
  4. Add red chilli powder and kaddhanya salt, jaggery, coriander leaves and mix well and add 3-4 cups of water..
  5. Pressure cook for 1 whistle..
  6. Serve hot..
