- Prepare of rice.
- Prepare of green moog dal.
- It's of mix vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, carrots,beans).
- It's of dry red chilli.
- Prepare of big spoon oil or butter.
- Prepare of Bayleaf.
- Prepare of garam masala.
- You need of turmeric powder.
- You need of red chilli powder.
- Prepare of lemon juice.
- It's of Salt as required.
- You need of cumin seeds.
- You need of mustard seeds.
- You need of coriander.
- Prepare of kasuri methi.
- Prepare of grated beetroot.
Langkah Memasak Vegetables khichdi
- First wash dal and rice well then cut tomatoes and beetroot and make a puree in mixer grinder..
- Now take pan and then heat oil or butter now at cumin seeds mustard seeds as a photo dry red chilli beleaf garam masala red chilli powder turmeric powder and then add theory cookwell for 5 minutes then add boiled khichdi and stir.well..
- Now add grated beetroot lemon juice boiled green peas,coriander lemon juice and cook for 2-3 minutes and then serve hot. enjoy.
