  1. Prepare of broken wheat(Dalia).
  2. You need of yellow moong dal,Mansoor Dal,green moong dal.
  3. Prepare of chopped onion.
  4. It's of chopped tomato.
  5. Prepare of crushed garlic.
  6. You need of turmeric powder.
  7. You need of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  8. You need of garam masala.
  9. It's of Salt.
  10. You need of kasuri methi.
  11. It's of dried mango powder.
  12. It's of ghee.
  13. You need of Water.
  14. You need of For tdka.
  15. You need of ghee.

Langkah Memasak Dalia Khichdi

  1. Wash and soak broken wheat and Dal together for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker add garlic saute till turns fragrant,saute onion till it turns translucent.
  3. Add tomato, salt, turmeric,cook till it turns soft and mushy, now add chilli powder,garam masala, kasuri methi, dried mango powder and saute for a minute.
  4. Drain water completely from Dalia,then add to the cooker and mix well.
  5. Pour water, check salt cook on a medium to low flame for 2 whistle.
  6. Stir well when the pressure goes off.
  7. Heat ghee in a tadka pan add cumin seeds when it crackle add asafoetida and dried chilli and switch of the flame,add chilli powder, mix well, pour the tadka over khichadi.
  8. Dalia Khichdi is ready it serve hot.
