Bahan Membuat Dal khichdi

  1. Prepare of toor dal.
  2. You need of chana dal.
  3. You need of masoor dal (pink).
  4. You need of jeera.
  5. You need of ginger paste.
  6. You need of garlic paste.
  7. It's of ghee.
  8. It's of green chillies.
  9. Prepare of onions chopped finely.
  10. You need of tomatoes chopped finely.
  11. You need of Salt acc.
  12. It's of garam masala.
  13. You need of aamchur powder.
  14. You need of red chilli powder.
  15. Prepare of coriander cumin powder.
  16. Prepare of haldi.
  17. You need of kasuri methi.
  18. Prepare of red chillies sukka.
  19. Prepare of rice.
  20. You need of Coriander leaves.

Langkah Memasak Dal khichdi

  1. First wash all the 3 Dal's add jeera and 1 tsp ginger paste. Let it boil and then take 3-4 whitsles.
  2. On the other side cook the rice as you normally cook.
  3. In a pan take 3 tbsp ghee add jeera, green chillies, red sukka chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, onion fry till light brown add tomatoes.
  4. Now add chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, haldi, kasuri methi and aamchur powder and mix well till tomatoes become soft.
  5. Next add dal to it and add 2 cups of water and let it cook for 5-8 minutes on medium flame..
  6. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  7. In a pan take ghee as it becomes hot add jeera and mustard seeds. Let it splutter.
  8. Now add this tempering on hot dalkhichdi put coriander leaves & serve with achaar.
