Khichda is the hydrabadi dish which is also love by so many other states ,it is also called Haleem DALEEM.
Bahan Membuat Khichda/daleem/mutton porridge 😊
- It's of whole wheat/harees,350 gms pearl white wheat.
- It's of Lentils 2 spoon each pink masoor,yellow mung dal,Bengal gram.
- Prepare of White mash dal,soak all these overnight.
- You need of Mutton masala.1 onion, 5 tbsn ginger garlic n chilli paste.
- It's of tomato, 2 tbsn red chilli pwd,2 tbsn turmeric pwd,1 tbsn.
- It's of Coriander pwd,2 tbsn salt and few whole garam masala cardamom.
- You need of Cloves,1 cinnamon, cumin, bay.
- You need of Garnish 2 onions,few coriander leaves, sliced ginger, mint.
- It's of n lemon.
- You need of tbsn garam masala n Biryani masala(for this masala check.

- You need of Note take big vessel to make this recipe.
Langkah Memasak Khichda/daleem/mutton porridge 😊
- First grind coarsely boil the soaked ingredients 8 cups of water with little whole garam masala,few slit green chillies, coriander n mint leaves with little salt..
- Now its boiled n done add more water if required. Now heat one cup of oil then add whole garam masala as above given then add 1 sliced onion when brown add the mutton saute with salt n the masala ginger garlic and chilli paste,then add the dry masala n tomato now cook till done..
- Mutton is done now transfer it into boiled mixture n let the porridge simmer.now fry 2 onions in one cup oil,when brown remove the onions with few remaining with oil now put this oil on porridge n let it simmer check the consistency..
- Things u need to garnish. Lastly add the powdered garam masala n Biryani masala(optional)mix well n serve hot.enjoy this winter season 😊.
