- Prepare of For Usal -.
- You need 1 Cup of White Peas, Boiled.
- Prepare 1 Cup of boiled Green Moong.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need of as per taste salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It's 1 tsp of chopped ginger.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
- It's of as required Pomegranate seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- It's of For poha-.
- You need 1 Cup of Poha.
- Prepare 1 of Small Sized Onion, Chopped.
- It's 1 of Green Chilli, Chopped.
- You need 1 Tbsp. of Oil.
- You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Prepare leaves of few curry.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of Ratlami sev.
- It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- It's 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds.
- Prepare leaves of as required Coriander.
Langkah Memasak Usal Poha
- Wash and soak the poha for 5 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep aside. Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies and onion and saute few seconds. Add poha, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, lemon juice and toss well..
- Garnish with fresh coriander..
- Heat the oil in pan. Add cumin seeds when they starts splutter, add ginger chilli paste. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala..
- Add boiled peas and saute few minutes. Add water and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes..
- Place the poha in bowl and topped with usal gravy. Garnish with chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies.And pomegranate seeds, ratlami sev and Coriander leaves and lemon slice..
