Bahan Membuat Garlic Gathiya

  1. You need 200 gm of Besan or Gram flour.
  2. You need 1 bunch of green garlic leaves.
  3. Prepare 1/4 spoon of asafoitida.
  4. It's 1 spoon of Carom seeds.
  5. It's 3-4 of green chillis.
  6. You need 1/2 spoon of sodium bicarbonate.
  7. You need 3-4 Spoon of hot oil.
  8. Prepare 1/2 spoon of Papad khar.
  9. Prepare To taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare as needed of Extra oil for fry.

Langkah Memasak Garlic Gathiya

  1. Firstly cut the garlic leaves and grind it with green chillis.
  2. In a bowl take besan, salt garlic paste, Carom seeds asafoitida oil and mix well.
  3. Now add Papad khar and 1/2 spoon sodium bicarbonate.
  4. Mix well and make a smooth dough.
  5. In a pan heat oil and make ganthiyab by making machine in derect oil, keep Flame sim.
  6. Fry it till it became golden green now remove it on a paper for soaking extra oil.
  7. Now ready to serve with evening tea time..u can store these ganthiya for 15 days.
