Bahan Membuat Tikha gathiya

  1. It's 2 cup of Gram flour.
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of Oil.
  3. You need 1/2 tsp of Rock salt (Kala namak/Sanchar).
  4. You need 1/2 cup of Water.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  7. It's 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida (Hing) :.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  9. Prepare 2 cups of Oil for frying.

Langkah Memasak Tikha gathiya

  1. In a mixing bowl take gram flour and all other ingredients such as turmeric powder, hing, oil, black salt, red chilli powder and salt to taste..
  2. Mix all the ingredients well and knead the dough by adding water to the flour..
  3. Once the dough is kneaded well, put it in the sev machine / gathiya sancha..
  4. Mean while heat the oil in frying pan. Once the oil is hot, place the machine on top of Kadai and make gathiya by turning the handle of the machine clockwise..
  5. As you complete one round stop and turn the handle in the anti clock wise to stop gathiya coming out..
  6. Fry the gathiya for about 2-3 min or till golden brown in colour.
  7. Remove the gathiya and let the extra oil get soaked using paper napkin.Crispy tikha gathiya is ready..
