Bahan Membuat Malai Bharva pyaaz / stuff onion

  1. You need 4-5 of small onions.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of poha.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of gathiya (type of namkeen).
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves.
  6. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tea spoon of Haldi / turmeric.
  8. You need as required of Red chilli powder.
  9. Prepare pinch of hing / asafoetida.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of jeera /cumin.
  11. Prepare tea spoon of Mustard seeds small.
  12. Prepare 2-3 tsp of Oil.
  13. Prepare 1 of tomato chopped.
  14. You need as required of Little water for gravy.
  15. It's 1 tsp of Cream or Malai.

Langkah Memasak Malai Bharva pyaaz / stuff onion

  1. Take all the ingredients and remove the skin of onions wash and give a small cut from centre for filling and keep aside.
  2. Now soak poha in water for 5 minutes and crushed gatiya then in bowl add soak poha,gatiya,coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste,dry masale and little oil for mixing.
  3. Then stuff the mixture in onions and in pan put oil and add mustard seed,jeera, hing,add stuffed onions cook for a while then add chopped tomatoes and all dry masala and remaining stuffing mixture,add cream or malai mix it nicely then add water for gravy as required and cover with lid and cook till onions are soft and cooked.
  4. Serve it with chapati or paratha.
