Bahan Membuat Usal pohe
- It's 1 cup of pohe(flattened rice)(soaked).
- You need 1 of medium finely chopped onion.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of rai.
- You need 5/6 of curry leaves.
- It's 1 tsp of rosted peanut powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
- It's 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare For of usal:.
- Prepare 1 cup of white peas(soaked overnight & boiled with turmeric & salt).

- You need 1/2 tsp of hing.

- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of fried coconut.
- It's 1 of medium size Fried onion.
- Prepare 1/2 inch of ginger.
- Prepare 2-3 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander leaves.
Langkah Memasak Usal pohe
- For pohe:Heat oil into a kadhai crackle rai,curry leaves then add onion and saute until brown,add pohe, chilli, turmeric,salt, peanut powder, sugar and mix well.
- For usal:In a mixer blend roasted coconut,onion,chilli,coriander, ginger,garlic and make a smooth paste.
- Heat oil into a pan fry onion until brown, add turmeric, red chilli powder, hing, garam masala,coconut paste,salt,tamrind pulp,jaggery and boiled peas, add little water and saute everything well and cover for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Usal pohe is ready to serve, place the pohe on the plate and pour the usal over the poha.
