  13. Prepare 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  14. It's 1 pinch of Asefoetida/ hing.
  15. It's to taste of Salt.
  16. It's 1 tsp of Sugar.
  17. Prepare of Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Langkah Memasak Matki usal/ sprouted moth curry

  1. Take oil in pressure cooker add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter then add asefoetida.
  2. Add onion,ginger, garlic paste and saute well,add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and sugar.saute till oil oozes out..
  3. Then add finely chopped onions and saute for 5 mins.add chopped tomatoes and garam masala/ misal masla (easily available) and saute. Oil will ooze out. Add sprouted moth and water and then salt.mix well and let it cook till 1 whistle..
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve..
