Bahan Membuat Sev tamatar ki sabji

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Namkin sev.
  2. It's 3 of tomato chopped finely.
  3. Prepare 2 of onion chopped finely.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of jeera(cumin seeds).
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of Hing(asafoetida).
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  7. It's 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  8. You need 2 of green chilli chopped.
  9. It's 1/4 tsp of haldi (turmeric)powder.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of carionder powder.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  13. You need 1/2 cup of curd blended.
  14. It's 3 tsp of ghee.
  15. You need as needed of Coriander leaves.
  16. Prepare to taste of Salt.

  1. In a pan put ghee and heat it then add jeera, Hing, green chilli then add onion fry for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste Fry for few seconds..
  2. Then you can add all dry masala and tomatoes and salt and cook for 7 minutes the tomato are of soft..
  3. Then you can add curd and mix well and add 1 1/2 cup water and mix well they will be come boil and add sev and just cook for 2 minutes and off the flame...
