  1. Prepare 250 gm of Murmura.
  2. It's 2 of green chilli slitted.
  3. Prepare 2 of Onion finely chopped.
  4. It's 1 of Tomato chopped.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Mustard seed.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Urad dal.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of Chanadal.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Ground nut.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of Termaric.
  11. Prepare 2-3 of Curry leaves.
  12. It's 2 tbsp of Coriander.
  13. You need of Salt as per taste.

Langkah Memasak Puffed rice upma(murmura usal)

  1. Keep pan for heat add oil and heat.
  2. Add mustard,uradl,channel,ground nut fry till golden colour.
  3. Add green chilli,onion and tomato one by one.
  4. Cook it,add termaric,salt curry leaves.
  5. Mix well,soak the puffed rice(murmura) for 1 min.
  6. Squeeze it and add to prepared mixer mix well.
  7. Add lemon juice and coriander mix well serve.
