Bahan Membuat Olya Kajuchi usal (Tender cashews curry)

  1. Prepare 200 gms of fresh tender cashews.
  2. It's 2 of medium size onions finely chopped.
  3. You need 1 of tomato finely chopped.
  4. You need 6 tbsp of fresh grated coconut.
  5. You need 4 of garlic cloves.
  6. You need of Small piece of ginger.
  7. Prepare 1 of green chilli.
  8. You need Few of coriander leaves.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of oil.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of malwani masala.
  11. It's 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  13. It's 2 of kokam pieces.
  14. It's of Small piece of jaggery.
  15. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  16. It's of Water as per required.

Langkah Memasak Olya Kajuchi usal (Tender cashews curry)

  1. Firstly tender cashews soak in hot water for 1 hr..
  2. Remove the skin of the cashews and wash them throghly rubing with your hands under running water..
  3. Grind garlic cloves, ginger, grated coconut, green chilli & coriander leaves together to a smooth paste..
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add chopped onion & saute until turns trasculent..
  5. Add ground paste & saute until you will get aroma, then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, malwani masala & saute for few second..
  6. Add cashews and sauté well till it coats the cashews..
  7. Add water to get it's consistency, and cover the pan with lid & simmer until the cashwes turn soft but not mushy..
  8. Remove the lid add salt, kokam, jaggery & mix well. Now cashew curry is ready to eat..
  9. Enjoy hot cashew curry with chapati or bhakri.
