Bahan Membuat Moong Sprout Usal/ Sabji

  1. It's 1 cup of Moong Sprout.
  2. You need 1 tablespoon of Finely chopped onion.
  3. Prepare 2 of Finely chopped tomato.
  4. You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
  5. You need 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  6. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
  8. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala.
  9. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Gud.
  10. Prepare 2 teaspoon of Tamarind or imli pulp.
  11. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  12. You need 1/2 tablespoon of Oil.
  13. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard seeds.
  14. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Jeera.

Langkah Memasak Moong Sprout Usal/ Sabji

  1. Ready moong Sprouts.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds and jeera, let them crackle and add finely chopped onion and green chilli.. sauté for a while.
  3. Add chopped tomato and add all spices, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Sauté for a while.
  4. Add moong Sprout, gud, tamarind pulp and a cup of water.. mix well and pressure cooker for 2 to 3 whistles.
  5. Let pressure release and cool for some time, moong sabji or usal is ready.
  6. Garnish with some chopped coriander, finely chopped onion, lemon slice and top it with some sev.
  7. Serve hot immediately with Multi grain chapati and cucumber raita.. it's just yum and healthy.
