Bahan Membuat Moong Sprout Usal/ Sabji
- It's 1 cup of Moong Sprout.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Finely chopped onion.
- Prepare 2 of Finely chopped tomato.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Gud.
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of Tamarind or imli pulp.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tablespoon of Oil.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Jeera.
Langkah Memasak Moong Sprout Usal/ Sabji
- Ready moong Sprouts.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds and jeera, let them crackle and add finely chopped onion and green chilli.. sauté for a while.
- Add chopped tomato and add all spices, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Sauté for a while.
- Add moong Sprout, gud, tamarind pulp and a cup of water.. mix well and pressure cooker for 2 to 3 whistles.
- Let pressure release and cool for some time, moong sabji or usal is ready.
- Garnish with some chopped coriander, finely chopped onion, lemon slice and top it with some sev.
- Serve hot immediately with Multi grain chapati and cucumber raita.. it's just yum and healthy.
