Bahan Membuat Vatanyachi Usal

  1. Prepare 250 gm of White Peas.
  2. You need 2 of onion.
  3. Prepare 1 of garlic.
  4. It's 1 inch of ginger.
  5. You need 4-5 of green chillies.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of kolhpuri masala.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare of Salt.
  9. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of Coriander.

Langkah Memasak Vatanyachi Usal

  1. First soak peas overnight and boil it next day..
  2. Make a paste of tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander..
  3. Heat oil in kadhai and add this paste in it and fry it till it become brown..
  4. Add kolhapuri masala and red chilli powder and turmeric and mix it. Add hot water in it with salt to taste and bring it to boil.when it start boiling, put cooked peas in it and cook it with lid on for 4-5 mins..
  5. And serve it..
