Bahan Membuat Gujarati Fafda

  1. You need 500 gms of Besan.
  2. You need 1 Bowl of Oil.
  3. It's 1 Bowl of Water.
  4. Prepare 1 Tsp of Ajwain (Carom Seeds).
  5. It's 1 Tbsp of Black Pepper (Coarse Powder).
  6. You need 1 Tsp of Padiyo Kharo (Baking Soda).
  7. You need as required of Oil For Frying.
  8. Prepare as per taste of Salt.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Fafda

  1. Assemble everything together..
  2. Take oil, water, khatri salt and blend it till it becomes white in colour..
  3. Take Besan in a container add ajwain and black pepper to it. Add blended oil and water mixture to it. Knead a tight dough. Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes till it changes colour..
  4. On back side of a plate apply oil and roll a very thin sheet from the dough. Cut the rolled sheets into equal strips..
  5. Deep fry till crispy..
  6. Serve with hot chutney, Chillies and papaya pickle..
