Bahan Membuat Gujarati Lunch

  1. It's of Mohanthal, roti, spicy potato, Gujarati kadhi, aam ras, rice.
  2. Prepare of Buttermilk, onion, papad, achar.
  3. You need of Spicy potato (ingredients).
  4. You need 2 of big potatoes.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of chilli ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's 3 tbsp of oil.
  7. You need to taste of Salt.
  8. It's 1 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. You need 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder.
  10. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Kashmiri mirch powder.
  11. You need 10-12 of curry leaves.
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped coriander.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  14. It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of hing.
  16. Prepare 1 cup of water.
  17. It's of Gujarati kadhi (ingredients).
  18. You need 1 cup of curd.
  19. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of water.
  20. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  21. You need 1 1/2 tbsp of besan.
  22. It's 2 tbsp of Jaggery.
  23. You need 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder.
  24. Prepare 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  25. It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  26. Prepare 1 tbsp of chilli ginger paste.
  27. You need 1/2 cup of chopped coriander.
  28. You need 10-12 of curry leaves.
  29. Prepare 2 of cloves, 1 piece tamal Patra, small piece of cinnamon.
  30. Prepare 1 piece of dry red chilli.
  31. It's 1 tsp of dry methi.
  32. Prepare 1 tsp of hing.
  33. You need 1 tbsp of desi ghee.
  34. You need of Roti (ingredients).
  35. It's 2 cup of wheat flour.
  36. It's 3/4 cup of water.
  37. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  38. You need of Ghee for spreading on roti.
  39. It's to taste of Salt.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Lunch

  1. Spicy potato (recipe).
  2. Chop the potatoes and wash them.
  3. Now take oil in a cooker and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder then add potato.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Add salt and roast for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli ginger garlic paste. Mix it well.
  7. Add water mix it well and close the cooker and cook till 1 whishtle.
  8. Now add coriander and serve.
  9. Gujarati kadhi (recipe).
  10. Now take a bowl and add curd, besan. Mix it well with a whisk.
  11. Add salt and water and mix it well.
  12. Now take a pan and add ghee and when it is heated add mustard seeds, methi seeds, clove, cinnamon, chilli, curry leaves, hing, chilli ginger paste mix it well.
  13. Now add the mixture of curd and besan.
  14. Stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes and then add jaggery and coriander powder.
  15. Cook for 5 minutes and now add coriander and serve.
  16. Take a bowl and add wheat flour,water, salt and oil and make a soft dough.
  17. Now make rotis out of it.
  18. Now cook it on a tavi and spread ghee on it and serve.
