Bahan Membuat Gujarati Handvo

  1. It's 1 cup of Idli Batter.
  2. You need 3 tbsp of Besan.
  3. You need 1 cup of Grated Bottle Gourd.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of Grated Carrots.
  5. It's 1 of Onion.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger finely chopped.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Green Chillies finely chopped.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Mustard.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Sesame.
  11. Prepare 1 pinch of asafoetida.
  12. Prepare few of curry leaves.
  13. It's as required of coriander leaves.

  1. Take the leftover Idli batter and add besan and all chopped veggies and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Add salt and water if needed..
  2. Heat a pan with oil and splutter mustard, cumin, sesame, asafoetida and curry leaves. Pour 2 ladle of batter and let it cook from both sides until golden brown. It should be bigger and a little thicker than the Uthappam. Serve hot with Chutney or Sauce..
