  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of besan.
  2. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  3. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of ajwain.
  6. You need as needed of Oil.

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough. At the time of kneeding, add 2 tsp oil and after kneeding again add 1 tsp oil and Knead it well. Now make oval shaped balls out of it..
  2. Take a wooden rolling pin. Now do it as shown in the image 1, 2 & 3. U should press gently frm ur wrist part and spread it with ur hand on the opposite direction. Use oil brushed knife for removing it from the wooden chakla..
  3. Note : Dont use oil on your rolling pin or else it won't spread. Make it for the remaining one. Heat oil in a pan and fry thm. Be careful while frying coz thy may break. But don't fry them till golden brown... Serve it with fried green chillies & hot piping Jalebis..😋😋.
