Bahan Membuat Baroda Style Sev Usal

  1. Prepare 1 cup of white mutter-Boiled.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of finely chopped Onion.
  3. Prepare 2-3 of Tomato Puree.
  4. You need 2 tsp of Kashmiri Chilli Powder.
  5. You need 1 tsp of dhania /coriander powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Jeera / cumin Powder.
  7. Prepare 1 Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  8. It's 1 of Bay Leaf.
  9. You need 25 ml of groundnut Oil.
  10. It's 1 Tsp of Garam Masala.
  11. You need 1 Tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala / Usal Masala.
  12. Prepare 5 tsp of Besan dissolved in water.
  13. You need of As required Thick Sev and Spring Onion to Serve with.

Langkah Memasak Baroda Style Sev Usal

  1. In a Pan add Oil,saute Onion, Garlic Paste, bay leaf.. after then add Tomato Puree.....
  2. When oil separates add all Dry ingredients (Masala) and cook for a while..
  3. When cooked add water and boil for 10-15 min..
  4. Add nearly boiled mutter and Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Besan dissolved in water, and cook for 5 minutes-Add green coriander chopped if you wish....USAL is ready to serve.
  6. To serve in a Dish Take Usal..Add Sev and chopped Green Onion, Lemon Juice as taste and have it with Pav.....
