Bahan Membuat Kabuli Channa Usal / Sundal
- You need 1/2 cup of Kabuli Channa.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Mustard Seeds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
- You need of Curry leaves a few.
- It's 2 of Green Chilli.
- It's 2 of Red Chilli.
- You need 4-5 of Garlic pods.
- You need 1/4 of " Ginger.
- It's of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Grated coconut.
- You need 1 tsp of Channa Dal.
- It's 1 tsp of Urad Dal.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Asafoetida.
- You need of Turmeric a little.
- Prepare of Juice of half lemon.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- It's to taste of Salt.
Langkah Memasak Kabuli Channa Usal / Sundal
- Soak the Kabuli Channa overnight..
- Pressure cook the channa for 3-4 whistles..
- Make a coarse paste of green chilli, garlic and ginger..
- In a kadai heat oil..
- Add mustard seeds and Jeera, when they splutter add asafoetida, curry leaves and red chilli..
- Next add channa dal, urad dal and fry..
- Now add the green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes. Add turmeric and mix..
- Add the cooked channa to the tadka, add salt to taste and stir..
- Now add the chopped coriander and Grated coconut and mix..
- Finally add lemon juice..
- Kabuli Channa Usal / Sundal is ready to be served..
