Kadhi and Khichdi - A popular Gujarati food, Khichdi is rice and lentils cooked together with spices I have adapted my mom's Kadhi and Khichdi recipe using Instant Pot.
It is now my go-to meal for busy.

Bahan Membuat Gujarati khichdi
- It's 200 gm of kamini rice.
- You need 1 tsp of black mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of termaric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of red chily powdr.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It's 2 of clove.
- It's 1 of ciraman.
- Prepare 1 of cardmom.
- You need 1 of bay leaf.
- Prepare 1 of carrot.
- You need 1 of tomato.
- Prepare 2 of potato.
- It's 1 cap of capcicum.
- Prepare 2 of green chill.
- Prepare 2 tsp of ginger.
- You need 2 tsp of ghee.
- It's 5 tsp of oil.
- It's 1 tsp of kaju.
- It's 1 tsp of raisin.
- Prepare 1 tsp of hing.
- You need 1 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1 of dry red chill.
- You need 100 gm of chick pea split.
Langkah Memasak Gujarati khichdi
- At first cut the veggies and wash the split and rice.
- Put the oil and add ghee also,add garam masala and hing.mustard seeds also..
- Add the veggies and fried with salt.
- Added the split with veg and saute it..
- Add all spices in veg and saute it..
- Add the rice in kadai and mix up.and add proper water in kadai..
- Boiled it and made the masala khichdi.
