Langkah Memasak Gujarati Undhiyo!

- In a big pressure cooker, heat oil. Add ajwain and pinch of hing. Saute for few seconds. Add vegetables mixed with masala. Mix well. Take very water. Add salt, sugar, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala to water and mix well. Add this water to vegetables and give it a good mix. Pressure cook for 2 whistles..
- Then in a broad pan heat oil. Add ajwain and sesame seeds. Once it crackles, add cooked Undhiyo in pressure cooker and mix all well. Add prepared muthiyas and again mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes..
- Garnish with green garlic and serve hot with roti..
