Bahan Membuat Gujarati Daal

  1. You need 1 cup of Tuvar Dal.
  2. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  3. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of Tomato Chopped.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Green Chilli Paste.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Ginger Paste.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Jaggery grated.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of Boiled Peanuts.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of Fresh Coriander Chopped.
  12. It's of For tempering.
  13. It's 2 tbsp of Ghee.
  14. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Hing.
  15. It's 1/4 tsp of Fenugreek Seeds.
  16. It's 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds.
  17. It's 1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
  18. Prepare 2-3 of Dry Red Chillies.
  19. You need 2-3 of Cloves.
  20. You need 1 inch of Cinnamon.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Daal

  1. Wash tuvar dal and soak in water for 30 minutes..
  2. Drain the water and add the dal in a pressure cooker along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, tomato, green chilli paste and ginger paste..
  3. Add 4 cups of water and pressure cook the dal until is is nicely cooked. Whisk the cooked dal nicely..
  4. Add jaggery, lemon juice and boiled peanuts and mix well. Heat ghee for tempering in a pan.
  5. Once the ghee is hot, add heeng, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them cracked for a few minutes and pour this on daal..
