Bahan Membuat Gujarati Masala Munchies

  1. It's 1 big bowl of wheat flour.
  2. You need 1/2 bowl of bajra flour.
  3. You need 1/4 bowl of maize flour.
  4. You need 1 bowl of methi (finely chopped).
  5. You need 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  6. It's to taste of salt.
  7. You need 1 pinch of asafoetida(hing).
  8. Prepare 1/2 bowl of yoghurt.
  9. It's 3 tbsp of white seasame seeds.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
  11. It's 1 small bowl of oil.
  12. You need as needed of water.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of sugar.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of green chilli paste.
  15. You need 1 tbsp of garlic-ginger paste.
  16. It's 1 cup of sooji.
  17. It's 2 tbsp of cumin seeds(jeera).
  18. You need as needed of chaat masala for sprinkling.
  19. Prepare as needed of red chilli powder for sprinkling.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Masala Munchies

  1. First of all if you are running out of maize flour at home, take some maize poha or simple cornflakes and grind it into a fine flour..
  2. Mix all the flours listed above, mix all the spices, methi and knead into a semi stiff dough..
  3. Now roll a semi thin roti of this dough. With the help of a small round cutter or katori, cut into round shape.
  4. Fry the crisps untill nice golden colour. Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chilli powder on it. Munchies are ready!!.
