Bahan Membuat Popular Gujarati farsan KHANDVI
- You need 1 cup of For batter : Besan.
- Prepare 1 cup of Sour Curd.
- You need 2 cups of Water.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger chillie paste.
- It's 1 pinch of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Hing.
- It's of For tempering.
- It's 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1 pinch of Hing.
- You need leaves to garnish of Chopped coriander.
- You need of Fresh grated coconut to garnish.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
Langkah Memasak Popular Gujarati farsan KHANDVI
- Mix all ingredients of batter and whisk well.
- Take thick pan and pour batter and stir continuously on medium heat..
- When thick and batter leaves pan then ck that it rolls properly.....if not cook for 2mins more..
- Pour this mixture on greased thali or on greased flat surface..
- Spread properly and cut 1 inch strips lengthwise..
- Now start rolling one by one and put on serving plate / dish..
- Now prepare tadka. Heat oil and put mustard seeds and hing....when splutter pour on rolled khandvis..
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut and (sprinkle little red mirch powder - Optional).
