- Chane ki daal lijiye usko soak.kijiye normal pani me 4-5 hr.
- Daal soak ho gayi he ab eski smooth paste banaye.
- Smooth paste redy he esme green chilly ginger paste add karein saagh me pinch hing or mixi me fir se smooth karle.
- Ye paste ready ho gayi he esko warm place pe 3-4 hr rakh dijiye thakkan lagake.
- Jab aapko Locha banana ho uske 10-15min pehle poha ke 2-3pani se wash karke xtra pani nikalake soak karne rakhe.
- Chana daal better ready he esme turmeric powder or 1tsp chilly ginger paste or swad anusar salt add karein Kar better ko achhe se mix karle.
- Ab Better me soak poha ki smooth paste banake add karna he.
- Ab stemer garam karne rakhde or last me eno ka sachet add karein or achhe se fette ek hi side se.
- Better ki thickness aisi honi chahiye like dhokale jesi.
- Ab steamer ki plate me ya jisme bhi aapko locha steam karne rakhana he usko.oil lagake greese karde or locha ka better add karle.
- Steamer me plate rakh de uper se red chilly powder or black paper powder add karein or 10-15min tak steam hone de.
- Steam ho gaya he ab plate ko bahar nikalde.
- Garma garam surti loche ke saath green chutney or pyas or kachhe aam ka salad tastee lagta he.
