Bahan Membuat Gujarati Khichdi
- Prepare 1 bowl of rice.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of toor dal.
- You need 1/2 bowl of mung dal.
- Prepare 1 spoon of turmeric powder.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.

- First take rice & both dals and mix it well..
- Wash properly for 2-3 times and add salt, turmeric and 3 bowls water which bowl use for rice..
- Put it in pressure cooker and cook for 3*4 whistle and Khichdi is ready to eat..
