Bahan Membuat Gujarati Kadhi

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Yogurt/ Dahi.
  2. You need 2 tsp of Gram flour/ Besan.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ginger paste.
  5. Prepare 3 cups of water.
  6. You need 1/4 tsp of Cumin/ Jeera.
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of Mustard Seeds.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Ghee.
  9. It's 1 of Cinnamon Stick.
  10. You need 1/4 tsp of Fenugreek/ Methidana.
  11. You need 2 of clove.
  12. You need 1 of dried Kashmiri Red Chilli.
  13. Prepare Pinch of Hing/ Asafoetida.
  14. You need 1 of Chilli.
  15. It's 2 tsp of Chopped Coriander.
  16. It's of Salt as per taste.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Kadhi

  1. In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup curd and add 2 tsp gram flour, Ginger paste and sugar to it..
  2. Mix all ingredients well.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and mix well without forming lumps..
  4. Once the lumps are dissolved, add 2 more cups of water and mix well.
  5. Heat a kadhai and add 1 tsp ghee. Once ghee melts add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Clove, Fenugreek seeds, Cinnamon stick, dried red chilli and split green chilli.
  6. Transfer the besan curd mixture in kadhai and mix well.
  7. Mix on low flame flame for 5 minutes till the mixture comes to boil.
  8. Continue to cook for 15 minutes on low medium flame and keep mixing in between. The add salt as per taste and chopped coriander for garnishing. After adding salt cook for 2-3 minutes more..
  9. Gujarati Kadhi is ready to serve with hot steam rice.. ENJOY!!!.
