  1. Prepare 1 cup of besan.
  2. You need 3/4 cup of fresh methi Leaves.
  3. Prepare 1/2 of sour curd.
  4. Prepare 1/8 tsp of baking soda.
  5. You need 2 tsp of sugar.
  6. You need 2 tsp of white Sesame seeds.
  7. You need 2-3 of green chillies finely chopped.
  8. Prepare of Red chilli powder as per taste.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1 tsp of oil for batter.
  11. You need of Oil to deep fry.

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl..
  2. Add curd & water to make a thick batter..
  3. Add baking soda & oil in a batter..
  4. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once hot drop lemon size batter. Deep fry these gota on medium flame until golden brown. Fry all gotas..
  5. Serve hot with tomato green chutney and tomato sauce..
