Bahan Membuat Mango Puranpoli

  1. Prepare for of stuffing :.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of chana dal.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of toor dal.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of mango pulp.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of ghee.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of jaggery.
  7. You need 1 pinch of saffron strands.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of cardamom powder.

  10. You need 3/4 cup of wheat flour.

  12. You need as required of Water to bind dough.

Langkah Memasak Mango Puranpoli

  1. Wash and soak both dals in water for 1 hour. Pressure cook both dals in minimum water. Cool and grind boiled dals in mixer jar. In nonstick kadhai add & heat ghee add & mix grinded dals mixture, mango pulp, jaggery,Kesar strands. Stirring continuously cook the mixture till thickens. Add & mix cardamom powder.Cool at room temperature. Make 3 equal portions..
  2. In mixing bowl add wheat flour and oil,bind and knead with water into soft dough. Make 6 equal balls from prepared dough. Take one ball from dough and roll into 4-5" round roti. Make another roti similarly. Now spread one portion of prepared mango-dals mixture.(As shown in fig.) Place another roti on it and seal the edges of both rotis together..
  3. Heat nonstick tawa, roast prepared Mango Puranpoli with ghee on both sides till golden brown spots appears. Similarly prepared all Puranpolis..
