  6. You need 200 gram of carrots, cut into 3 cm pieces, then halved or quarter.

  9. Prepare of Spices (ground).
  10. It's 5 of shallots.
  11. You need 3 cloves of garlic.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of peppercorns.

Langkah Memasak Sop buntut (oxtail soup)

  1. Put oxtail in a pan with 2 litters water and bring to boil. Carefully scoop off and discard the scum floating on the surface..
