Bahan Membuat Baroda Style Sev Usal
- Prepare 1 cup of white mutter-Boiled.
- Prepare 1 cup of finely chopped Onion.
- Prepare 2-3 of Tomato Puree.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Kashmiri Chilli Powder.
- It's 1 tsp of dhania /coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Jeera / cumin Powder.
- You need 1 Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- It's 1 of Bay Leaf.
- Prepare 25 ml of groundnut Oil.
- You need 1 Tsp of Garam Masala.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala / Usal Masala.
- You need 5 tsp of Besan dissolved in water.
- You need of As required Thick Sev and Spring Onion to Serve with.
Langkah Memasak Baroda Style Sev Usal
- In a Pan add Oil,saute Onion, Garlic Paste, bay leaf.. after then add Tomato Puree.....
- When oil separates add all Dry ingredients (Masala) and cook for a while..
- When cooked add water and boil for 10-15 min..
- Add nearly boiled mutter and Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Besan dissolved in water, and cook for 5 minutes-Add green coriander chopped if you wish....USAL is ready to serve.
- To serve in a Dish Take Usal..Add Sev and chopped Green Onion, Lemon Juice as taste and have it with Pav.....
