Bahan Membuat Tikha Gathiya
- You need 250 g of Gram flour.
- It's 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- It's 1 tsp of ajwain.
- You need 1/2 tsp of hing (astafoeida).
- It's 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare of Water as required.
Langkah Memasak Tikha Gathiya
- Take 250g gram flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ajwain, ½ tsp hing (astafoeida),2 tbsp oil and mix all dry ingredients first..
- Add little water and make a dough,now knead the dough well. Now take a deep kadai and fill the kadai to ¾ of it with oil..
- Now heat it a bit more than medium hot..
- Now take some dough like a chapati ball and knead it.Now take a jara with small holes for Thikha ghatiya and hold it above the oil and remove the oil from the gas.Now put the dough on the jara and press it straight..
- Once all the dough comes out,bring back the kadai on the gas and fry the ghatiya for about 2-3 minutes. Keep on turning them around..
- Once they are fried,remove then from the oil and keep them on paper napkins..
- Now do this of all the dough. If you don't have a jaro you can use the machine of the Sev with the chakli of Thikha ghatiya..
- Now it's ready!You can store it on airpack container. You may use black salt instead of salt if you want..
