  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  7. You need 4 of tomatoes.
  8. Prepare 2 of onions.
  9. You need 1 tsp of chopped garlic.

Langkah Memasak Kathiyavadi dhokli nu shak

  1. Take a pan and add besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and 2 tbsp of oil and make a tight dough with water. Then roll it out thick and transfer it to a steamer and steam it for 5 to 7 mins. Check it after 5 to 7 mins and then transfer it to a plate and cut it into square pieces. Take another pan and heat it on flame. Add oil, mustard seeds and hing crackle then add ginger garlic paste saute them add onion paste saute till light brown..

Add red chilli powder, lahsuni chutney haldi garam masala stir it, add tomato puree mix all and stir continuously till oil leaves pan, now add curd and stir it continuously check out gravy are fully cooked now add besan dhokli mix very well cook on the slow flame cover lid after sometimes see sabji is ready. Now garnish with fresh Coriander leaves and serve with bajara roti.
