- Prepare 1 of boiled potato chopped.
- It's 2 tsp of ginger garlic and green chilli paste.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- You need leaves of Coriander.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter.
- It's 1/2 tsp of jeera.
- Prepare 1 pinch of hing.
Langkah Memasak Veg methiya rolls
- First you make a daugh.
- Take a pan heat butter add jeera and hing.
- Add onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Add vegetable saute for 2 min.
- Add tomato saute for 1 min.
- Add potato and salt mix well.
- Add red chilli and garam masala mix well.
- Keep aside.
- Take daugh make 4 roties.
- Take one roti spread masala on it roll the roti.
- Fry the rolls.
- Cut in small rolles.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
