  1. You need 10/12 of Medium/Small Onions.
  2. Prepare 7/8 of Medium Tomatoes.
  3. Prepare 100/150 gm of Green Garlic or Garlic Grass finely chopped.
  4. It's 1 cup of Pealed Peanuts (singh) (powder/blended to powder in mixer).
  5. It's 1 cup of Curd.
  6. It's 1 Cup of Papdi /Ghatiya.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of Grated Paneer 100/150 gm (optional).
  8. Prepare 1/2 of Cashew Nut (broken/tukada).
  9. Prepare 2/4 of Green Chillies.
  10. It's 1 of Small Ginger.
  11. It's 1 of Lemon.
  12. You need 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil.
  13. You need 2/3 Tsp of Sugar or Jaggery (according to taste).
  14. You need 2/3 Tsp of Salt.
  15. You need 2 Tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  16. You need 2 Tsp of Coriander Powder.
  17. You need 2/3 Tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  18. You need 1/2 Tsp of Garam Masala.
  19. You need 1 Tsp of Aachar /Athanu Masala.
  20. Prepare 1 Tsp of Kitchen King Masala.
  21. Prepare 2 of Nirav Mace\ जावित्री (Javabtri/ગદા) (Clove is ok if you don’t have Mace).

  1. Take Pealed onions and cut into four (check photo for reference).
  2. Take a big vessel and heat 1 cup Oil on medium flame for 2/3 minutes and put the onions to fry (onions should be covered atleast 30/40 % with oil so that onions get cooked properly from the inner parts too)..
  3. Cooking/frying Onions full would take 10/12 minutes, keep sauté on occassionally until soft..
  4. Meanwhile take mixer,fill the tamatoes and give it a smooth blend for puree.
  5. Clean mixer fill it with the Peanuts and blend till it becomes powder (skip this step if you already have Peanut powder ready).
  6. Take the mixer again, add on Green Chillies & Ginger, blend it till smooth paste..
  7. Now as Onions are cooked, add on all Chopped Green Garlic and 2 Tsp Turmeric powder, sauté for 2 minutes.Now start adding Tamatoes Puree, 2/3 Tsp Salt,2/3 Tsp Red Chilli Powder,Ginger & Chilli Paste 2 Tsp Coriander Powder,1/2 Tsp Garam Masala,1 Tsp Achar Masala,1 Tsp Kitchen King Masala and turn the Flame to high. Now Squeeze 1 Lemon..
  8. Adding Peanut powder and 2 Tsp Sugar sauté for 2 minutes. Add Nirav Mace / जावित्री..
  9. As everything is done now add Curd /Dahi (as u add Curd quickly trun the Flame to Medium) sauté for 2 minutes.
  10. Finally add 1cup Grated Paneer and and crushed Papdi/Ghatiya keep mixing..
  11. Let it cook for some time until you see some oil coming on top layer and it's ready to serve.Garnish with some chopped coriander. Boom..
