Langkah Memasak Bhakri Gujarati recipe
- Take a bowl add wheat flour,gram flour,bazra flour,maize flour,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,onion,green chilli,cumin seeds and 2 tbsp oil and mix well..
- Make a stiff dough with the help of water..
- Keep rest for 15 mins..
- Divide the dough into equal size balls..
- And roll out each ball into a round thick chapati..
- On a heated pan make bhakri,applying oil on both the sides..
