Bahan Membuat Gujarati Fafda
- Prepare 500 gms of Besan.
- It's 1 Bowl of Oil.
- You need 1 Bowl of Water.
- It's 1 Tsp of Ajwain (Carom Seeds).
- You need 1 Tbsp of Black Pepper (Coarse Powder).
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Padiyo Kharo (Baking Soda).
- Prepare as required of Oil For Frying.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
Langkah Memasak Gujarati Fafda
- Assemble everything together..
- Take oil, water, khatri salt and blend it till it becomes white in colour..
- Take Besan in a container add ajwain and black pepper to it. Add blended oil and water mixture to it. Knead a tight dough. Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes till it changes colour..
- On back side of a plate apply oil and roll a very thin sheet from the dough. Cut the rolled sheets into equal strips..
- Deep fry till crispy..
- Serve with hot chutney, Chillies and papaya pickle..
