Bahan Membuat Gujarati Fafda

  1. Prepare 500 gms of Besan.
  2. It's 1 Bowl of Oil.
  3. You need 1 Bowl of Water.
  4. It's 1 Tsp of Ajwain (Carom Seeds).
  5. You need 1 Tbsp of Black Pepper (Coarse Powder).
  6. Prepare 1 Tsp of Padiyo Kharo (Baking Soda).
  7. Prepare as required of Oil For Frying.
  8. You need as per taste of Salt.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Fafda

  1. Assemble everything together..
  2. Take oil, water, khatri salt and blend it till it becomes white in colour..
  3. Take Besan in a container add ajwain and black pepper to it. Add blended oil and water mixture to it. Knead a tight dough. Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes till it changes colour..
  4. On back side of a plate apply oil and roll a very thin sheet from the dough. Cut the rolled sheets into equal strips..
  5. Deep fry till crispy..
  6. Serve with hot chutney, Chillies and papaya pickle..
