  1. Prepare 2 of large potato,cut into halves.
  2. It's 2 cup of cabbage, shredded.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of grated coconut.
  4. You need 2 of dried red chilli.
  5. It's 2 of green chili, sliced.
  6. You need 1 of lemon juice.
  7. It's 1 of small onion (optional).
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp of asafoetida (hing).
  9. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  10. It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  11. Prepare 1 pinch of kitchen king powder.
  12. You need to taste of Salt.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  14. You need 1/2 cup of coriander leaves.

  1. Firstly, cook potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for 10 mins. Drain well. Keep aside..
  2. Take a pan heat oil add, asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dried red chilli fry for a second. Add onion saute for a minute..
  3. Add the fresh greenchilli, cabbage and some salt and stir fry for few minutes. Now add warm potatoes to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes..
  4. Add coconut, lemon juice, coriander leaves mix well. Heat off..
  5. Serve with chapati / paratha..
