Bahan Membuat Sprouted Black Chana Usal

  1. It's 1 cup of sprouted black chana.
  2. Prepare 1 of small dry coconut grated.
  3. It's 2-3 of tomatoes.
  4. Prepare 2 of onion.
  5. You need of Whole garam masala,.
  6. Prepare 2-3 of Cardamom.
  7. It's 1/2 of Javitri.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Shahi jeera.
  9. It's 1 inch of Stick.
  10. It's 1 of Star anise.
  11. Prepare 2 of Tej patta.
  12. You need 4-5 of Black pepper.
  13. Prepare 7-8 of Dry red chillies.
  14. You need 1 tbs of coriander seeds.
  15. You need 1 tsp of cummin seeds.
  16. It's 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.
  17. Prepare 1 tbs of ginger garlic paste.
  18. Prepare of Coriander leaves.
  19. You need 1 sprig of Curry leaves.
  20. Prepare 1 tbs of red chilli powder.
  21. It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  22. Prepare 1 tsp of amchoor powder.
  23. It's to taste of Salt.
  24. Prepare 2-3 tbs of oil.

Langkah Memasak Sprouted Black Chana Usal

  1. First grate the coconut and dry roast coconut, whole garammasala, coriander seeds,1/2 cummin, dry red chillies and keep aside.
  2. In same pan add little oil and fry onion till soft and it gets turn into pink colour..
  3. Now take a jar add roasted dry coconut and onion and grind to a fine paste..
  4. Boil sprouted black chana with little salt or take one whistle in cooker..
  5. In a pan heat oil add cummin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter.
  6. Now add 1finely chopped onion fry till light golden brown.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
  8. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
  9. Now add turmeric Powder, red chilli Powder,amchoor powder and grinded masala cook for a minute.
  10. Add water how much thick or thin you want..
  11. Take a boil, add boiled black chana,and salt check seasoning. And cook for 2-3 minutes..
  12. Finally add coriander leaves and off the gas..
