Bahan Membuat Sprouted Black Chana Usal
- It's 1 cup of sprouted black chana.
- Prepare 1 of small dry coconut grated.
- It's 2-3 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 2 of onion.
- You need of Whole garam masala,.
- Prepare 2-3 of Cardamom.
- It's 1/2 of Javitri.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Shahi jeera.
- It's 1 inch of Stick.
- It's 1 of Star anise.
- Prepare 2 of Tej patta.
- You need 4-5 of Black pepper.
- Prepare 7-8 of Dry red chillies.
- You need 1 tbs of coriander seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of cummin seeds.
- It's 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1 tbs of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare of Coriander leaves.
- You need 1 sprig of Curry leaves.
- Prepare 1 tbs of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of amchoor powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2-3 tbs of oil.
Langkah Memasak Sprouted Black Chana Usal
- First grate the coconut and dry roast coconut, whole garammasala, coriander seeds,1/2 cummin, dry red chillies and keep aside.
- In same pan add little oil and fry onion till soft and it gets turn into pink colour..
- Now take a jar add roasted dry coconut and onion and grind to a fine paste..
- Boil sprouted black chana with little salt or take one whistle in cooker..
- In a pan heat oil add cummin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter.
- Now add 1finely chopped onion fry till light golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
- Now add turmeric Powder, red chilli Powder,amchoor powder and grinded masala cook for a minute.
- Add water how much thick or thin you want..
- Take a boil, add boiled black chana,and salt check seasoning. And cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Finally add coriander leaves and off the gas..
