Dal Khichdi

Bahan Membuat Dal Khichdi

  1. You need of Mixed Dal.
  2. It's 2-3 tablespoon of Moong Dal.
  3. It's 2-3 tablespoon of Chana Dal.
  4. Prepare 2-3 tablespoon of Tuvar Dal.
  5. You need 2 tablespoon of masoor Dal.
  6. It's 2 tablespoon of Urad Dal.
  7. You need 2 tablespoon of green split Dal.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of Rice.
  9. You need 2 of onions finely chopped.
  10. Prepare 2 of tomatoes finely chopped.
  11. You need 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
  12. You need 2 of green chillies.
  13. It's 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
  14. It's 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red Chilli powder.
  15. You need 1/2 cup of green peas.
  16. It's 1/2 cup of beans.
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup of carrots.
  18. Prepare 1 of capsicum.
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp of rai/mustard seeds.
  20. It's 2 tsp of Ghee.
  21. You need 1 spoon of jeera/cumin seeds.
  22. You need 2-3 of red chillies whole.
  23. Prepare Pinch of hing/asafoetida.

Langkah Memasak Dal Khichdi

  1. Soak dal and chawla for at least half an hour..
  2. Take pressure cooker. Add little jeera, rai, whole red chillies in ghee. When it crackles add onions and saute. Add ginger garlic paste..
  3. Add all vegetables and saute. To it add haldi, salt and red Chilli powder.After 3 4 mins add tomatoes. Saute for 2 3 mins..
  4. Now to it add soaked rice and dal and mix well. Saute for 2 3 mins. And add water and pressure cook and let it whistle for 4 5 times..
  5. When done mash it well. Now for tadka. Add ghee and hing with Curry patta and put it in khichdi..
  6. Serve hot with aachar and dahi..
