  3. You need 1 of medium size Onion chopped.
  4. You need 2 of small tomatoes chopped.
  5. Prepare 2-3 of green chilies finely chopped.
  6. You need 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds.
  7. Prepare Pinch of hing powder.
  8. It's 1-2 of small Cinnamon sticks.
  9. It's 2-3 of bay leaves,.
  10. You need 1 of black cardamom.
  11. It's 1 teaspoon of dhania seeds.
  12. You need 2 tablespoon of ghee.
  13. It's 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
  14. You need 2 tea spoon of kitchen king powder.
  15. Prepare 2 tea spoon of garam masala.
  16. You need 1 tea spoon of kasuri methi.
  17. It's 2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  18. You need 2 teaspoon of lal mirch powder.
  19. Prepare 2 teaspoon of kashmiri mirch powder.
  20. It's 1-1 teaspoon of garlic paste and grated ginger.
  21. It's 2 of Red chilies.
  22. It's of Salt According to your taste.
  23. You need (6-7 cups) of water.
  24. It's leaves of Finely chopped Coriander.

Langkah Memasak Masala khichdi (Khichdi made with rice, lentils and Spices)

  1. Take rice and all four dal, wash these nicely and seperately. now soak in different bowls for 10 minutes at least..
  2. Now arrange all the ingredients require for khichdi. Keep everything handy..
  3. Heat a cooker at low flame. Put ghee. once it is hot or melted add cumin and dhania seeds followed with bay leaves, black cardamom, Cinnamon sticks,and green chilies. Add garlic paste and grated ginger to it. Mix well. when the raw small of ginger and garlic are gone then add all spices in the forms of powder along with salt. Add little water and stir on mid to high flame..
  4. When spices leave ghee, put rice and daal in it ang give it a good mix. now keep bhoonoeing till rice and dal are little dry and crisp. Now take 6-7 cup water and coriander leaves, mix everything well. I will not pressure cook the khichdi now. just cover the cooker with it's lid but remove whistle and gaskette. leave a littke space to release air. Now let the khichdi cook on low flame..
  5. When the khichdi is almost done. add kasoori methi and garam masala powder to it. Mix, Cover and cook little more..
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in another pan. let splutter 1 tsp cumin seeds. Add Red chilli. switch off the gas. let it cool and then add 1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder. Pour this on khichdi and garnish with some coriander leaves. Now the aromatic masala khichdi is ready to serve and eat..
