Bahan Membuat 6 grain khichdi (6 dhan khichdi)

  1. It's 1/2 cup of orange lentils split (masoor dal).
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of blackgram lentils (urad daal).
  3. It's 1/2 cup of split pigeon peas (toor daal).
  4. It's 1/2 cup of yellow split peas (chana daal).
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of green split peas (moong daal chilkawali).
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of rice.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of green beans.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of carrots.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of potato chopped.
  10. You need 1/2 cup of peanut.
  11. You need 1 cup of onion chopped.
  12. You need 1 cup of tomato chopped.
  13. Prepare 1-2 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  14. Prepare 1-2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp of garam masala.
  16. It's 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
  18. It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  19. You need 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds.
  20. It's 3-4 tbsp of oil/ ghee.
  21. It's 1 of bay leaf.
  22. You need 1/2 of cinnemon.
  23. Prepare 1-2 of cloves.
  24. It's to taste of Salt.

Langkah Memasak 6 grain khichdi (6 dhan khichdi)

  1. In a one broad utensils mix all Dal's together & wash all them well...
  2. Now add all 6 grains in pressure cooker, now add potato, green peas, carrots & peanut in cooker & add turmeric powder & salt & mix all together well...
  3. Let it cook till the 4-5 whistle..And after 3-4 min take the pressure of the whistle....
  4. Now take one broad pan & add oil/ ghee, heat it..Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds,bay leaf, cinnamon & cloves, & add pinch hing after it crackle......
  5. Now add chopped onion & salt, saute for 1 min, then add tomato saute for 1 min, now add all dry species & mix well...now add boiled grains in pan & mix all together well, cook it for 1 min...
  6. Now khichdi is ready to serve... You can serve it with pickle, buttermilk & papad....
