Bahan Membuat Podina khichdi
- Prepare 50 grams of soaked mongdal.
- You need 50 grams of soaked masoor dal.
- It's 1 of full cup soaked rice.
- You need 1 tbsp of cutted podina (mint leaves).
- It's 1 of big cardamom.
- You need 2 of small elachi.
- You need 2 of long.
- You need 4 of whole black pepper.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare of Oil as per required.
Langkah Memasak Podina khichdi
- First take cookingpot,pour oil and switch on flame..
- Then after 1 minutes,add long, elachi, whole black pepper and make it saute for 1 minute..
- After make it saute,add cutted podina.
- Then saute it for 2 minutes..
- Add soaked mong and masoor dal..
- After 5 minutes,add soaked rice..
- Also add 1full cup of water..
- Stir with spoon and wait untill water dry and dal rice becomes completely mix.
- Now when water becomes dry,and dal rice soft,khichdi is ready to eat. Take out in serving plate and garning with mint leaves..
- Serve with chutney or Raita..
